TMB, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Technical Integration Lead to support the PEO Ships Front Office (PMS 347).

Responsibilities

  • This role is critical in coordinating diverse technical efforts across independent team members and ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Work closely with the Deputy Program Manager to support informed decision-making and maintain technical cohesion throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
  • Direct and coordinate technical activities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring integration of systems engineering efforts and alignment with program goals.
  • Lead the development and management of the Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) suite, ensuring timely delivery and compatibility with the program’s non-developmental design.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between technical teams and SEA05, managing expectations and controlling scope to maintain program focus.
  • Support the development of construction Request for Proposals (RFPs), including Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and design review requirements.
  • Facilitate technical reviews, risk assessments, and trade studies to support program milestones.
  • Provide strategic input to the DPM to guide technical decisions and ensure program success.
  • Monitor progress and performance of technical teams, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present technical briefings and documentation to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management or systems engineering within DOD or Navy programs.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams in a high-tempo environment.
  • Strong understanding of Navy acquisition processes, GFE management, and RFP development.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with SEA05 or similar Navy technical oversight organizations is highly desirable.
  • Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Outstanding time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Ability to be able to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
  • Ability to be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in a backpack or messenger bag in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
