Manager, Maintenance Services/Custodial Services

Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Director Custodial Services, assist the Director in the daily coordination and supervision of the Custodial Services Department; train and supervise the performance of assigned staff.

245 work days
Employee Type: Full-Time
Salary: $101,061-$125,397 in 7 annual steps. Salary placement based on experience.

Stipends: Master's Degree $2,000 yr, Doctoral additional $1,200 yr
Location: Maintenance/Custodial Services
Hours:
1.0 FTE (TBD by Shift Assignment)

Experience and Education
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by five years of increasingly responsible experience in custodial or maintenance work, including three years of successful experience in a supervisory capacity. Associate of Arts degree from an accredited college in a related field is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license and proof of insurance are required.
