Salary : $65-$70k
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting for multiple commercial properties
- Handle rent, CAM charges, insurance, and tax reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable using Rent Manager and QuickBooks
- Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closings
- Ensure accuracy of lease data and tenant billing, with a strong understanding of triple net (NNN) lease structures
- Collaborate with property managers on tenant activity, budgeting, and reporting
Requirements:
- 2+ years of property accounting experience (commercial preferred)
- Strong understanding of triple net leases
- Proficient in Rent Manager and QuickBooks
- Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and property accounts
