Job Title: Project Executive (PX)
Job Location: Boise, ID
Salary: $200k-$250k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k Match + 100% of Health benefits, etc.
Requirements: 15+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience ground up commercial and/or Industrial projects
This is a full time/permanent position with a top General Contractor primarily focused on ground-up projects related to Commercial or industrial. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for an experienced Project Executive.
This person is responsible for leading and overseeing complex projects within the organization, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion. This role involves strategic planning, coordination with various stakeholders, and managing resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide executive oversight of multiple Commercial construction projects
- Lead project strategy, planning, and execution in collaboration with operations, estimating, and field teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans to ensure profitability and performance
- Support business development efforts and contribute to winning new work
- Mentor Project Managers and ensure team alignment with company values and goals
What You Need for this Position
- 15+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
- Experience on Ground-Up Projects for Commercial or Industrial projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven success managing large-scale industrial projects from preconstruction through delivery.
- Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
