Ford of Boerne is seeking an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven Commercial / Fleet Sales Associate to establish and grow our commercial vehicle and fleet business. This is an exciting opportunity to build a high-impact department with the support of one of the fastest-growing dealership groups in Texas.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic commercial and fleet sales plan.
- Prospect local businesses, municipalities, contractors, agricultural operations, and commercial accounts.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline through daily prospecting, networking, cold calling, and community involvement.
- Coordinate commercial vehicle ordering, inventory management, and customer deliveries.
- Manage fleet accounts from initial contact through delivery and post-sale follow-up.
- Work closely with sales, finance, service, and parts departments to deliver a best-in-class ownership experience.
- Attend networking events, chamber functions, and community events to expand business relationships.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive fleet, commercial, or business-to-business sales experience required.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with dealership leadership.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Experience
- Ford Pro or commercial vehicle sales experience.
- Fleet management or commercial account management.
- Medium-duty truck knowledge.
- Municipal or government fleet sales.
- Business development and outside sales.
