Job DescriptionCodeworks is an IT Services firm headquartered in SE Wisconsin, known for our strong commitment to quality and for our direct client relationships.Position Summary
Codeworks is seeking a Project Manager III to support initiatives for our client. This role requires strong skills in requirements gathering, communication, organizational change management, and crossfunctional collaboration. The ideal candidate will work with the EPMO office and project teams, operate independently, provide leadership, ensure alignment to organizational mission and vision, and deliver highquality solutions. Experience in higher education is required.Key Responsibilities

  • Define scope and magnitude of project initiatives with stakeholders.
  • Gather clear and actionable requirements to support project activities.
  • Develop schedules, secure resources, and create feasible project plans.
  • Monitor and manage daytoday project tasks and resource plans.
  • Follow and/or establish change control processes from development through production.
  • Communicate project needs, progress, issues, risks, and outcomes.
  • Ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
  • Provide change management support, including communication, documentation, and enduser training.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in both currentstate and futurestate organizational analysis.
  • Must have experience in Higher Education project management.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Skilled in virtual facilitation and tools such as Mural, Padlet, and Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyze technical specifications, perform business case development, TCO analysis, and ROM estimating.
  • Strong problemsolving, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with crossfunctional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Prosci ADKAR® methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate competing priorities and facilitate decisions.
  • Experience in organizational change management and roadmap/agile hybrid planning.
