Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-level, full-time position based at Erchonia’s corporate office in Fountain Inn, SC. The Junior Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting internal sales operations, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth under the guidance of senior sales leadership.
This role offers hands-on training, career advancement opportunities, and the chance to work with cutting-edge medical technology in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities

Internal Sales Support

Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective and existing clients.

Provide product information and assist customers in understanding Erchonia’s product portfolio.

Manage CRM systems, track leads, and ensure accurate data entry.

Sales Development

Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate new leads and fill up educational events.

Schedule product demonstrations and webinars for potential customers.

Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors, clinic staff, and distributors.

Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (technical support, marketing, operations).

Training & Events

Assist in trade shows, seminars, and training events when necessary. Occasional travel required as a support for Regional Sales Team.

Represent Erchonia professionally at in-person and virtual sales events.

Qualifications
-
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. A degree-level qualification is preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
