We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of IT & Project Management Office (PMO), to manage our diverse team of remote and in-office professionals. The role involves overseeing IT operations, as well as the Project Management team, across multiple offices and remote locations, ensuring compliance with SOC audits, HIPAA regulations, and safeguarding sensitive data.
This is a hybrid position based in our Holmdel, NJ office. Team members are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Key Accountabilities
- Team Management:
- Build and mentor high-performing IT and project management teams

- Technology Operations & Strategy
- Oversee corporate IT infrastructure, security, and operations while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and security
- Drive technology roadmap development and implementation
- Program & Project Management
- Direct the Project Management Team, ensuring consistent methodology and delivery excellence
- Oversee project portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management
- Develop and maintain project governance frameworks and reporting structures
- Implement risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies
- Vendor & Risk Management
- Manage technology vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
- Lead vendor evaluation, selection, and optimization initiatives
- Oversee IT budget and cost optimization efforts
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing remote and in-office teams.
- Proven track record of leading IT operations and project management teams
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and SaaS technologies
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC audits, HIPAA, GDPR, or related regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Excellence in process improvement and implementation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Outstanding leadership and communication abilities
- ITIL, PMP, or relevant industry certifications. (Preferred)

The expected salary range for this position is $125,000-185,000. Compensation will vary based on a number of factors, including education, experience, skills, and location. The range listed is a good faith estimate of base pay for the role, and final compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the selected candidate. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, where applicable. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
