Our Swim Instructors do more than teach lessons. They build trust with students, encourage progress, and create consistency that families count on. We value team members who want to stay, develop their skills, and become a familiar, encouraging presence for swimmers over time. At Goldfish, long-term commitment matters because relationships are at the heart of how students grow.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Teach swimmers water safety and technique in accordance with our proprietary curriculum
  • Provide positive reinforcement to swimmers
  • Communicate with parents on swimmers' progress

Schedule:


  • Part-time, year-round schedule; each shift is approximately 4 hours
  • Weekday evening shifts starting around 3:30 p.m.
  • Weekend Saturday/Sunday shifts starting around 8:30am

Education/Experience:


  • Swim experience preferred, but not required. The desire to work with children is a must.

Certificates and Licenses: None required to apply.


  • We will train for Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification.
