Looking for experienced licensed salespeople to work for small independent Real Estate Broker.

1. commission based upon performance-the more deals, the higher the split
2. can work from home-not chained to the office
3. flexibility in 1099 income (can be gross commission or withholding taxes-employees preference)
4. Broker has 35 years experience and able to guide salespeople
5. flexibility in market-Broker allows you to do deals anywhere in the State Of California (your license allows that-some Brokers do not).
