The Role
- Deliver consistent, results-driven esthetic services aligned with guest goals
- Complete charting, treatment notes, and follow-ups accurately and on time
- Maintain an organized, fully reset treatment room at the end of each service and shift, as rooms are occasionally shared. We value taking pride in our space and understand that a ready room supports both our teammates and our guests
- Learn and uphold Bumblebee’s service flow, scripts, and operational standards
- Participate fully in all scheduled trainings, shadowing, and education
- Support overall spa flow, including front desk and team needs
- Represent the Bumblebee brand with professionalism—in the spa, at events, and online
- This role operates within a shared team model. When service schedules are light and hands-on service time is not needed, team members may be reassigned to front desk support or released for the day.
This is a team-dependent environment. One person’s follow-through impacts everyone.
Training & Onboarding
- We invest deeply in training—and expect full engagement in return. Training includes consistent feedback and learning within Bumblebee’s specific systems and flow. Success here requires openness, resilience, and the ability to receive feedback even when it challenges familiar habits or prior training.
- Initial onboarding includes front desk immersion (4–12 weeks) to understand the full guest experience. This phase is considered a core part of leadership development and professional growth at Bumblebee.
- Required attendance at all trainings, meetings, and shadow shifts
- 1:1 mentorship with leadership and providers
- Clear performance expectations with ongoing feedback
Training timelines, assignments, and certifications must be completed as scheduled.
Schedule & Pay
Schedule (first 6 months):
- Wednesday–Saturday
- Shifts: 8 AM–4 PM or 10 AM–6 PM
- Every Saturday: 9 AM–5 PM
Compensation:
- $20–$25/hour starting pay based on more than technical skill. We consider experience, reliability, coachability, team contribution, and your ability to help grow the practice through relationships, referrals, and aligned representation of the Bumblebee brand.
