The Overnight Supervisor role will work closely with the Timbers Kiawah Management Team to effectively address Owner requests/concerns as well as maintain a safe and secure environment overnight for all Owners in Residence by regularly surveying the property and inspecting all buildings. The primary function of the PM Guest Services Supervisor is to uphold a safe, secure, clean and professional environment that is maintained according to the Timbers Kiawah standard.

The Overnight Supervisor is responsible for assuming the duties of the overnight coverage during any instances of staff shortages. This role will ensure that Timbers Kiawah Service standards are exceeded as it pertains to the overall guest experience and is responsible for maintaining professional communication between Timbers Kiawah Owners and Department Managers as well as assisting in providing on-going training for PM Guest Service Agents.

  • Oversees owner/guest experience during the overnight shift.
  • Clean common area of property (Sweep, mop, remove trash, clean restrooms, etc.)
  • Patrols all areas of the property overnight.
  • Forwards main property phone line to cellular phone during patrols.
  • Attends to any emergency situation on-property immediately and informs senior management.
  • Assists owners, guests, and employees during the overnight hours.
  • Escorts any unwelcome person from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation.
  • Responds to questions and complaints from owners/guests.
  • Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with owners/guests and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and/or skill required.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Trustworthy individual
  • Using initiative and independent judgment within established procedural guidelines.
  • Basic record keeping practices and incident reporting.
  • Policies and procedures of the department.
  • Proper business English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Techniques for dealing with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, in person and over the telephone.
