Junior System Admin (Yardi Experience) - Coconut Grove, FL
Potential Contract to Hire Opportunity
- 40 hours - Monday-Friday
- Hybrid but must be within 1 hour commute to the job location
About the Role:
We are looking for a junior-level IT professional to support day-to-day technical operations in a Windows-based environment. Ideal candidates will have prior help desk or system admin experience and exposure to Yardi software in a support or property management tech context.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for end-users (hardware, software, network)
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Assist with systems updates, backups, and patch management
- Support Yardi users (basic troubleshooting, liaison with Yardi support)
- Maintain hardware inventory and documentation
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger infrastructure projects
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years in a help desk or junior system admin role
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365
- Exposure to Yardi Voyager or similar property management systems
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Must be based in or near Miami, FL (onsite role)
Nice to Haves:
- Basic scripting or PowerShell
- A+ or similar certifications
- Experience in property management or real estate industry
