Compensation:

$85,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Engage directly with business owners to understand their funding needs and provide tailored solutions.
Guide clients through the entire lending process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every step.
Review and analyze loan applications, gathering necessary financial documentation for successful closures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely transaction processing.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Stay informed about industry trends and lending products to offer clients the best possible advice.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Ability to engage and communicate effectively with business owners, building trust and understanding their funding needs.
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of being detail-oriented and organized, ensuring smooth transaction processing.
Ability to analyze financial documents and applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Experience in a fast-paced environment, thriving under pressure while maintaining quality.
Willingness to learn and adapt, with a commitment to understanding industry trends and lending products.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams, ensuring timely and efficient processing of transactions.
