Key Responsibilities:

    • Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors, changing linens, and restocking supplies.
    • Attention to Detail: Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the housekeeping supervisor.
    • Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
    • Safety Standards: Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
    • Inventory Management: Keep track of housekeeping supplies and inform supervisors when stocks are low.
    • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to maintain a smooth operation.
    • Special Projects: Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as directed by the housekeeping supervisor.

Qualifications:

    • Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
    • Communication: Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and team members.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
