Title: Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer (C#, .NET 9, Web API)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 base + benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead a 3-5 person engineering sub-team
- Own team velocity and quality of output across all deliverables
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and prevent regressions
- Mentor and support engineers, helping elevate overall team performance
- Spend 30%-50% of your time hands-on coding
- Collaborate with other engineering leads on long-term architecture and infrastructure decisions
- Work within a large, complex, established codebase and improve it over time
- Build and maintain clean, scalable, high-performance systems
- Develop and maintain automated tests to reduce regression risk
- Partner closely with Product, QA, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
- Take ownership of key modules and features end-to-end
- Continuously identify ways to improve processes, code quality, and team effectiveness
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience with C# and .NET
- Proven experience leading and mentoring small engineering teams (3-5 engineers)
- Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and TDD principles
- Experience working in large SaaS codebases with complex business logic
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design patterns
- Experience building SPAs using React or Angular
- Comfortable contributing as both a hands-on engineer and a team lead
- Experience with system design and scalable architecture
- Ability to write, test, and own your code end-to-end
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with continuous delivery
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
