We offer:
- Hourly start rate of $15.50
- Weekly Perfect Attendance Differential $1/hr
- Shift Differential $1/hr
- Medical/Dental, 401K with Match after 30 days
- PTO at 90 days
Essential Duties:
- Follow Standard Work Instructions at all times
- Stand 8-12 hours per shift
- Positive Attitude
- Good Teambuilding Skills
- Able to lift 25-40 pounds
- Great Attendance and Punctuality
- Excellent Work Ethic
- Make rate per operation, while maintaining Safety, Quality, and 5S requirements
- Good Focus and Dexterity
- Overall Performance (skill, ability, attitude, attendance, punctuality, and basic work ethic).
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Reliable transportation / Live within walking distance
