Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Technical Support Engineer specializing in NetSuite to provide technical assistance and solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, particularly in NetSuite, and will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless integration across various modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for NetSuite ERP users, addressing issues and inquiries related to system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and Suitelet customizations.
- Assist with the integration of NetSuite with other systems through API and SQL queries.
- Support clients in managing supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing processes within NetSuite.
- Conduct cycle counting and monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and routings to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes, solutions, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP, particularly in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and Suitelet development.
- Familiarity with supply chain management, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with SQL and API integration for ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
