Church Facilities Technician | Full-Time

Do you enjoy helping others and take pride in creating safe, clean, and welcoming spaces?

We are looking for a Facilities Technician to join our church team and help create an environment where staff, members, and guests feel welcomed every day.

This is more than a maintenance position. We are seeking someone who is dependable, personable, and enjoys being part of a community.

$18-$22/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of church facilities and grounds

• Assist with worship services, church events, and room setups

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs

• Work with outside vendors and contractors

• Monitor building systems and report concerns

• Support preventative maintenance projects

• Help maintain outdoor areas, walkways, gardens, and playground spaces

• Ensure facilities remain safe, organized, and ready for daily activities

Qualifications:

✔ Facilities or maintenance experience required

✔ Strong communication skills

✔ Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile devices

✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently

✔ Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor

✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
