Consilio' s ELS Direct Hire Division is seeking an entry-level, project assistant with 1-year of experience supporting attorneys or other professionals. This position will assist attorneys with administrative and occasional client billable tasks.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for drafting, editing and finalizing documents, interacting with clients, coordinating calendars and travel arrangements, time entry, billing, and reimbursements. Other standard duties include preparing documents, drafting agenda and minutes for meetings, proofreading, managing case files, managing conflicts, preparing engagement letters, opening client matters, coordinating meetings and assisting with webinars and training programs.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a law firm setting.
