We are hiring a Part Time receptionist (18+ hours) that can work at BOTH IMR Massage locations. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, self-driven, ambitious, and able to multi-task. Must be 18 years old to apply. We are primarily are seeking a weekday & weekend closing availability (3p-930p).
Responsibilities for Customers Service Representative:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Able to multi-task is a must
- Answer high volume of phone calls
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Process payments for clients checking out
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain knowledge of all services offered to meet the needs of our clients
- Laundry in-between clients checking in
- Sell retail products
- Sell memberships
Responsibilities for Spa Attendant:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Ensure laundry is completed throughout shift.
- Clean and sanitize sauna rooms between clients.
- Maintain knowledge of all services offered to meet the needs of our clients
- additional duties related to creating a spa attendant role specifically for IMR Massage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing documents, familiar with google docs
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
- **Flexible schedule must be able to work nights and weekends**
- Spa experience not required but a huge plus!
