Position Overview
The Sr Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the construction process of multifamily residential projects from the ground up. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field staff to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices on-site.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively using Procore and other project management tools.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and implementation of safety protocols.
- Experience with Procore or similar project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
