We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join the team in our cutting-edge lighting & optics group. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door opening to support a contract to hire opportunity after 90 days!
Pay: $19–$22/hour

What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Ensure proper fit, alignment, and functionality of all parts
- Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Meet production goals with a focus on quality and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read technical documents (BOMs, schematics, work instructions)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills
- Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
