Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Missouri City

The General Manager leads all aspects of swim school operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for families while developing a high-performing team and maintaining Aqua-Tots brand and curriculum standards.

This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, team leadership, operational excellence, and sales performance while creating a safe, welcoming environment where children learn life-saving swim skills.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

  • Ensure all staff uphold Aqua-Tots Core Values in every customer interaction

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement

  • Educate families on the Aqua-Tots Learn to Swim program to recommend the best lessons for their needs

  • Track and drive enrollment goals and conversion of evaluations to students

Team Leadership

  • Lead, hire, train, and develop Front Desk and Aquatic staff

  • Mentor the Office Manager and Aquatic Manager to ensure strong team performance

  • Foster a positive team culture aligned with Aqua-Tots values

Operations & Facility

  • Ensure the facility, pool environment, and equipment meet safety and brand standards

  • Oversee staff scheduling, certifications, and operational procedures

  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for staff and families

Financial & Marketing

  • Manage the school budget and operational performance

  • Implement local and franchise marketing initiatives to grow enrollment

Qualifications

  • Leadership or management experience preferred

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment

  • CPR/First Aid, CPO, and Aqua-Tots certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Position Details

  • Full-time, salaried position

  • 40+ hours per week with flexible scheduling based on school needs
