Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Long-Term Position
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (CA 4/10 Schedule) Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Welder / Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Roseville, CA. Our company manufactures components and parts for the heavy equipment industry. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for individuals with general shop experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations on heavy equipment components and fabricated parts.
• Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read and use measuring tools, including tape measures, calipers, and other precision instruments.
• Interpret work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with general shop and production duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience required.
• General manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred.
• Experience operating production machinery and equipment.
• Ability to accurately read and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
