Required Skills:
<ul>
<li>Systems Administrator of Windows 11 client/server and Microsoft 365 SaaS solution and applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Viva, Teams and Cisco Webex to maintain stable and effective desktop platform</li>
<li>Windows 11 OSD/OEM RTP (Ready Image To Provision) (Operating System Deployment)&nbsp;</li>
<li>SCCM/inTune for Windows</li>
<li>Microsoft 365 Suite.</li>
<li>Modern Browsers like Edge/Chrome / EntraID / Active Directory User &amp; Computer Management and GPOs / Splunk</li>
<li>Certification in ITIL V3 Foundation in Service Management is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with virtual/remote desktop &amp; application platforms such as Windows 365, AVD, Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp Server, XenServer/VMware ESX and PaloAlto SASE VPN.</li>
