Lead Line Cook (Full-Time) | $17–$19/Hour + $300 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days
Coming from Maryland? We're located in Shrewsbury, PA—directly over the Maryland line! Just 10 minutes north of Parkton and 20 minutes north of Hunt Valley, making for an easy commute from northern Maryland.
We're looking for an experienced Lead Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives under pressure, and can help lead the kitchen while maintaining consistency and quality.
Pay: $17–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
$300 Cash Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Assist the chef with daily kitchen operations and help keep the line running smoothly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
Work as a dependable team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Experience on flat top, grill, sauté, fryer, and cold side is required.
Ability to multitask and perform well during busy service.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
Leadership experience is a plus, but the right attitude and skills are most important.
