What to Expect:
• Partner closely with nurses and clinical staff to fulfill non-clinical requests through our clients custom app.
• Engage with patients, parents, and visitors to provide thoughtful, responsive support.
• Balance empathy and efficiency in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Contribute to a culture that blends warmth, professionalism, and hospitality.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing roles.
• Interest in the healthcare field and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
