" Shift hours/Contract Length: 5x8 1900p-0730a/ 13 weeks.
" Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
" Charting: EPIC experience required
" RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission
" Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.
" Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed
" Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
" Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: Locals accepted for LPN's at *** less.
REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS

" Pending License Accepted: No, Must have an active New York Single State LPN license. (NY is not Compact)
" Required Certifications: BLS
REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

" Nursing Facility/Nursing Home experience is required.
" Behavior Management Techniques
" Degenrative Disorders (Alzheimer's, ALS, Parkinson's)
" Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG

" Unit Details: Nursing Facility/Nursing home
" Floating: Will be required to float within skillset
" Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white
