Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in VBA (Excel, Outlook, Access) and Visual Basic Script (VBS).
- Solid understanding of Excel analytics: functions, formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and structured workbook design.
- Ability to quickly learn engineering-specific processes and terminology (KT will be provided).
- Experience automating data flows, technical reports, or structured workflows.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with engineering datasets, design documentation, or technical reporting workflows.
- Familiarity with Power Query, Power Automate, or automation scripting tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or ERP/PLM systems.
- Exposure to engineering environments (manufacturing, product development, mechanical/electrical engineering, etc.).
- Experience integrating Excel tools with engineering software (e.g., CAD outputs, test data), a plus but not required.
