Post Tension Cable Fabrication helper

Job DescriptionMarysville, WA 98270Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 3:30pm or when production is doneFriday 6:00am - 2:30pm (depending on production)some Saturdays
Duties:
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently (post tension cable)
- Handle materials and inventory in a safe and organized manner
- Assist with order fulfillment by preparing products for shipment
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
- Familiarity with quality control procedures is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks (50-100 pounds)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining an efficient workflow
