We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer for a 12-month W2 Contract opportunity with potential for extension/direct hire.

📍 Location: Flint, MI 48552
\n
🕕 Shift: 1st Shift | Mon–Fri | 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
\n
\n
What we're looking for:
\n
✅ 3–5+ years of Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering experience
\n
✅ Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
\n
✅ Standardized Work documentation
\n
✅ Time Studies & Motion Analysis
\n
✅ AutoCAD – Strongly Preferred
\n
✅ Throughput, bottleneck & productivity improvement
\n
✅ Machining / CNC experience – Strong Plus
\n
✅ Experience working with Union/UAW teams – Plus
\n
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
\n
\n
