You’ll create energy on the retail floor and play a key role in driving sales growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will:
- Engage customers in a welcoming, energetic way and create a positive in‑store experience
- Identify customer needs and present Zirrus products, services, and solutions that fit those needs
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and after‑sale services clearly and confidently
- Perform product and price comparisons to help customers make informed decisions
- Cross‑sell products and services to maximize value for customers
- Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Support store operations including inventory, merchandising, and presentation
- Make outbound customer calls (follow‑up, retention, and outreach)
- Stay up to date on new products, services, and technologies
- Share customer feedback to help improve the overall Zirrus experience
- Travel between retail store locations as needed
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
- Proven experience in retail sales (3+ years preferred)
- A genuine interest and aptitude for technology
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build relationships and adapt to different customer needs
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, changing environment
- Availability to work flexible hours based on business needs
- High school diploma required (degree or equivalent experience preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus
- Ability to complete NC Alarm Systems Licensing Board registration, including background check and fingerprinting
