Compensation:
$16 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution for clients' lawns.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of irrigation systems to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop efficient irrigation plans tailored to each client's unique landscape needs.
- Educate clients on best practices for water conservation and system maintenance to enhance lawn health.
- Keep accurate records of all service visits, including work performed and any recommendations for future improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations and safety standards to protect both clients and the environment.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience is preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, digging, and carrying equipment
- A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Speak and read English and communicate proficiently
