Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Systems Data Architect to design and build the foundational data infrastructure supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Partner organizations. This role focuses on data integration, attribution modeling, and pipeline automation — connecting fragmented data sources into unified, actionable insights that drive commercial growth.
As part of the Sales Technology team, you'll partner with central data teams to align with governance standards while delivering business-ready datasets that power analytics, automation, and strategic decision-making.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
-
Design and implement data architecture supporting end-to-end revenue tracking, attribution, and reporting.
-
Build and maintain data pipelines that unify signals from sales, marketing, and partner systems.
-
Develop attribution models mapping opportunity → enrollment → revenue credit.
-
Partner with data engineering, CRM, and GTM teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with governance standards.
-
Create and maintain datasets for segmentation, prioritization, and automation workflows.
-
Automate sales credit tracking and pipeline lifecycle visibility.
-
Support dashboards and reporting for sales performance and partner engagement metrics.
-
Document data architecture, field mapping, and pipeline logic for transparency and reproducibility.
-
Provide regular updates and track progress against defined project milestones.
Must Haves (Required Qualifications):
-
8 years of experience in data architecture, GTM systems, or commercial analytics.
-
Understanding of attribution, forecasting, and sales data modeling.
-
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data platforms (data warehouses, integration tools, CRM ecosystems).
-
Ability to connect disparate data sources into unified reporting and analytical frameworks.
-
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and documentation skills.
-
Success supporting sales and marketing operations through data-driven initiatives.
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Nice to Haves (Preferred Skills):
-
Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Information Systems.
-
Experience building data architectures supporting attribution, lead scoring, and sales crediting.
-
Familiarity with modern data integration and orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Snowflake, Airflow).
-
Exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM environments.
-
Strong business acumen in revenue operations and go-to-market strategy.
