Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hr + Benefits

Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It):
Step into the front lines of product perfection! As a Merchandiser, you’ll be the hero behind the shelves—making sure Pepsi products shine, shelves stay stocked, and every display says “grab me now!”
What You’ll Be Rockin’ Every Day:
Create eye-catching displays using planograms
Restock coolers and shelves like a pro
Rotate products for peak freshness
Keep track of inventory like a stock-market wizard
Build great vibes with store teams
Share customer feedback and market insights
Support local delivery routes when needed
Ensure every product lives up to the Pepsi standard
Bring These to the Party:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license + reliable ride
- A sharp eye for detail and strong sense of responsibility
- Muscles to lift product cases (think of it as your built-in gym session!)
- A team player attitude with top-notch communication skills
- Merchandising experience? Sweet! But not required.
