Job Description

Senior Associate Opportunity in Beverly Hills, CA

We are partnering with a highly respected, growth-oriented law firm seeking a Senior Associate to join its Business Litigation team in Beverly Hills. This is an exceptional opportunity for a BigLaw-trained attorney who is looking for more than just another role - someone ready to step into leadership, build a practice, and fast-track toward partnership.

Why This Role Stands Out-

  • Leadership opportunity: Get real responsibility, client exposure, and a clear path to partnership - not years of waiting in a large hierarchy
  • Compensation: Highly competitive compensation structure that approaches top-of-market without the rigid BigLaw model

Role Overview

  • Handle a broad range of business litigation matters (or adjacent litigation areas)
  • Take ownership of cases, strategy, and client interaction
  • Work closely with firm leadership on high-stakes matters
  • Opportunity to mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business litigation or related practice areas
  • Background from a BigLaw firm required
  • Strong litigation skills, including drafting, research, and client management
  • Interest in leadership, partnership track, and business development

If you're looking to combine top-tier work, strong compensation, and real career growth, this is a rare opportunity to make that move.
