The ideal candidate brings a minimum of seven years of hands-on litigation experience, with the capability to independently manage a diverse docket that includes real estate litigation, business disputes, and general civil litigation matters. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage litigation files from intake through trial and/or settlement.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, and handle all facets of discovery.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and, when needed, trials.
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues, advising clients with clarity and confidence.
• Develop case strategy, evaluate exposure, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Represent clients in matters involving real estate disputes, commercial disagreements, and general business conflicts.
• Work collaboratively with partners, paralegals, and support staff to advance case objectives.
• Maintain organized, timely, and thorough case documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Minimum 7 years of litigation experience, including real estate and business litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases with minimal supervision.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Confident courtroom presence and advocacy skills.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service.
