Job Description

ABOUT CATHARTES

\n

Cathartes is a multi-family real estate developer and owner committed to building high-quality residential communities. With $1.5 billion in investments across the Northeast, Cathartes creates purposeful spaces that promote smart living by developing environments that bring together work-life balance, wellness, sustainability, and community engagement. As our stabilized portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a hands-on operations professional to help ensure our assets are running efficiently, are well-maintained, and are performing in line with ownership's financial and operational expectations.

\n

\n

POSITION SUMMARY

\n

The Portfolio Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and building maintenance performance of a portfolio of stabilized multi-family assets. Working closely with the Asset Management team, this role serves as the operational link between ownership and the on-site, third-party property management companies — ensuring properties are well-maintained, operating expenses are tracked against approved budgets, and each site is being managed to company standards.

\n

This is an ideal role for a multi-family operations professional who enjoys being in the field, has a strong grasp of building systems and maintenance best practices, and is comfortable holding third-party managers accountable to performance and financial targets.
