Legal Office Coordinator – Washington, DC
Our client, a respected legal organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a Legal Office Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume office. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at multitasking across administrative functions.
Position Overview
As the Legal Office Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting legal teams with a wide range of administrative tasks. You’ll be the go-to person for managing front desk activities, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining office functionality, and handling sensitive documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily front desk operations, greeting visitors and coordinating incoming communications

Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal teams, including scheduling, correspondence, and task coordination

Maintain overall office functionality, including supply inventory, vendor coordination, and workspace organization

Schedule and oversee conference room bookings and meeting logistics

Organize and support internal office events and team gatherings

Handle document management tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing legal materials with confidentiality and precision
Qualifications

At least 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional office setting

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal administrative systems

Previous experience in a legal or professional services setting is preferred
