Legal Office Coordinator – Washington, DC

Our client, a respected legal organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a Legal Office Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume office. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at multitasking across administrative functions.

Position Overview

As the Legal Office Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting legal teams with a wide range of administrative tasks. You’ll be the go-to person for managing front desk activities, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining office functionality, and handling sensitive documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front desk operations, greeting visitors and coordinating incoming communications

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal teams, including scheduling, correspondence, and task coordination

  • Maintain overall office functionality, including supply inventory, vendor coordination, and workspace organization

  • Schedule and oversee conference room bookings and meeting logistics

  • Organize and support internal office events and team gatherings

  • Handle document management tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing legal materials with confidentiality and precision

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional office setting

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal administrative systems

  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services setting is preferred

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $58,000.00 per year
