Store Sales and Delivery Driver in O'Fallon, IL
Starting Pay Rate: 17.00 to 19.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Full-Time Benefits and Weekly Pay!
This position is for Full-Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours (Overtime and weekends as needed): TBD - Connect with Recruiter to Verify
- Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
- Saturday: 8am – 12pm
- Sunday: Closed
The Pittsburgh Paints Co. is seeking dependable, customer-focused team members to join as Store Sales and Delivery Drivers. In this dual role, you'll assist customers in-store with product selection and color matching, while also ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Key responsibilities may include
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Learn PPC brands and assist customers with product recommendations.
- Tint and color match products to customer specifications.
- Transport products from our store to customers.
- Follow all safety protocols, including pre-trip vehicle inspections.
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately and on time.
- Support general store operations as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to routinely lift 40–60 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, reaching, and carrying required.
- Availability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
- Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
