3–5 years of Manual Testing experience
Key Responsibilities
-
Test Planning: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics applications.

Test Execution: Perform manual and automated testing of Dynamics 365 modules, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting.

Requirements Analysis: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business processes into effective test scenarios.

Test Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test results, coverage metrics, and quality status reports.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve product quality and efficiency.

User Support: Assist end-users during UAT and provide support for testing-related queries and issues.

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure testing activities align with organizational standards and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

2+ years of software testing experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications

Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, and business processes

Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with MS Dynamics products at the Department of Veterans Affairs
-
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, EasyRepro, RSAT, Playwright)
-
Knowledge of API testing and integration testing
-
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or QA certifications
-
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Prior experience collaborating with Veterans Affairs stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery
-
Experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment
-
Knowledge of Department of Veterans Affairs operations, policies, and programs, with emphasis on client-facing technology solutions
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation and Benefits
45-65hr (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
