Location: Fast-paced production and mail processing environment
Job Summary
We are hiring Entry-Level Mailroom Production Associates to support a large-scale mail processing and ballot fulfillment project. No prior experience is required. Paid training is provided.
In this role, you will operate and support high-speed mail insertion equipment used to print addresses, assemble mailing packets, insert ballots into envelopes, and prepare materials for distribution. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking warehouse, production, manufacturing, assembly, machine operator, or mailroom experience.
Responsibilities
- Load envelopes, ballots, and printed materials into automated mail inserting machines
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and production standards are met
- Verify addresses, print quality, and mailing accuracy
- Clear paper jams and troubleshoot minor machine interruptions
- Remove, stack, sort, and package completed ballot packets
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
- Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- No experience required; training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
