What Youll Do
- Greet donors and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Accept, sort, and process incoming donations
- Assist donors with unloading items safely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized donation area
- Follow safety procedures and Goodwill guidelines
- Represent Goodwills mission in every interaction
What Were Looking For
- Customer service, retail, warehouse, or labor experience preferred (not required)
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with diverse customers and team members
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent standing, bending, and walking
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
