Job Description QuickPro Staffing is seeking dependable, hardworking Production Associates to join a busy operation. This role involves cleaning, sorting, inspecting, and processing formwork panels and materials while maintaining strong safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Friday-Sunday 8:30pm-7am
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and process formwork panels and materials.
- Remove concrete, debris, and other contaminants using approved equipment.
- Inspect materials for damage or defects and report concerns.
- Meet daily productivity and square-footage goals.
- Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as trained.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate delays, equipment issues, or material shortages to leadership.
- Assist with staging, repairs, and general wash bay operations.
Tools & Equipment May include:
- Industrial power washer — up to 18,000 PSI
- Floor buffer
- Plastic extrusion welder
- Angle grinder
- Alkus scraper
- Forklift and material-handling equipment

Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Work may involve water, concrete residue, dust, and varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
