As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. ```Responsibilities:``` - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
