Job description:
Kid City USA is looking for leaders who are looking to make a positive impact on the lives of
children, families, and the center team. We want a leader who enhances program quality,
guides operational success and embraces the mission and values of Kid City USA.
Overview (this is not a full description)
Create a motivating work environment that retains staff
Manage enrollment, marketing, billing, and accounts payable, while ensuring budget
compliance
Build strong relationships and communicate proactively with families, clients, staff, and
licensing
Ensure the daily care of every child by following all state guidelines and implementing all
corporate guidelines
Maintain an organized office space and center environment
Collaborate with the corporate team and others to evaluate and ensure program quality
standards
Be dependable and have excellent references
Be passionate for the growth and development of the precious children in our care
Ability to step into the role of any position in the center to assist the team as needed
We are most interested in applicants with the following qualifications/skills:
At least two years of proven leadership operating a high quality child care program in a
leadership role
21 years of age or older (to ensure compliance with state guidelines)
