405 Luxe is a third-party hospitality staffing company that partners with hotel properties to provide professional guest service support. We are currently seeking Guest Service Experts to be contracted through 405 Luxe and placed on assignment at a Courtyard by Marriott property.
This role is about more than serving food — it’s about creating a memorable and welcoming guest experience. Guest Service Experts take initiative and provide a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating a positive and engaging guest experience
- Setting and maintaining tables, service areas, and dining spaces
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and service teams
- Interacting with guests in a professional, friendly, and attentive manner
- Serving food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Cleaning and organizing work areas, equipment, and supplies
- Following all safety standards, company policies, and property procedures
- Maintaining professional appearance, communication, and conduct at all times
- Performing additional reasonable duties as requested to support operations
This is a physically active role that requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to lift up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance, navigate uneven or slippery surfaces, and read and verify menu information visually.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1 year of related hospitality or customer service experience
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Contractors are engaged by 405 Luxe and placed at the property. This role is not an employee position with Marriott International or the hotel property.
