We maintain high standards and believe great technicians deserve to work alongside other great technicians.What You'll DoDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipmentService rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation systemsTroubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls, and mechanical issuesPerform preventative maintenance and service agreements for commercial customersRead and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, sequence of operations, and technical manualsInspect equipment and recommend repairs, replacements, and system improvementsComplete detailed service documentation and job notesCommunicate professionally with facility managers, property managers, contractors, and business ownersMaintain a safe, organized, and professional work environmentFollow all safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codesWhat We're Looking For3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferredStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilitiesExperience servicing:Rooftop Units (RTUs)Commercial Split SystemsHeat PumpsMake-Up Air UnitsExhaust and Ventilation SystemsCommercial Refrigeration Equipment (preferred)Boilers and Hydronic Systems (preferred)EPA Universal CertificationAbility to read electrical schematics and control diagramsExperience with low-voltage controls and commercial building systemsStrong understanding of refrigeration cycles, airflow, and electrical diagnosticsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and able to work independentlyPride in delivering quality workmanship and professional service
