JOB SUMMARY:
The Slot Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Slot Operations Manager with day-to-day operations of the Slot Operations Department, including oversight of all Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and supervision of the Slot Operations Cage staff. All Duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainments policies and procedures, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Slot Operations Cage.
2.Supervises, trains, and evaluates Slot Cashiers.
3.Responsible for staffing and scheduling all Slot cashiers, along with the Slot Operations Manager.
4.Responsible for general maintenance of the Slot Operations area and equipment, to include point of sale register and currency counters.
5.Prepare written authorization and processing of the patron hand pays at the EGM and the Cashier Cage.
6.Orders merchandise from approved suppliers and turns over to the Purchasing and Receiving Specialist.
7.Prepares monthly reports.
8.Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures of the Slot Operations.
9.Responsible for running global cash reports.
10.Responsible for accurately monitoring and documenting daily cashier attendance records according to policies and procedures.
11.Perform payroll duties, including submitting timecards/sheets in a timely manner, and maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records and personnel files.
12.Assists with ATM issues.
13.Responsible for employee evaluations in an efficient and timely manner.
14.Responsible for processing win/loss statements.
15.Works with Slot Technicians to ensure all machines are working properly.
16.Fills in and covers shifts when short-staffed.
17.Performs other duties as assigned.

- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.
- Must possess excellent math skills and be able to perform accurately under pressure.
